FAQ
Short answers to the questions people ask most. If yours isn't here, ask us.
Before you order
How long does shipping take?
Each product page shows its own shipping window next to the Add to cart button. Most orders leave the maker's warehouse within 1 to 3 business days and arrive about 3 to 8 business days after you order. You'll get a tracking number by email when each package ships.
Each maker charges its own standard shipping rate, shown at checkout before you pay. If your cart has products from more than one maker, the shipping for each is added together. The shipping policy has the details.
Where do your products ship from?
Straight from the companies that make or stock them, from warehouses in the United States. We choose the products and look after you if anything goes wrong; the maker packs and ships your order. If your cart has items from more than one maker, they arrive as separate packages. We ship within the US only.
What's your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return anything new and unused. Start the return from your order page (the link in your order confirmation email, or sign in to your account), or contact us. When we approve it, we'll email you a prepaid return label; once the return arrives, we refund your original payment method. If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, send us a photo and we'll make it right. The details are in our refund policy.
How do I pick the right size?
Measure your dog first, then match those numbers to the size chart on the product page. Each chart comes from the maker, so it matches what actually ships. If your dog lands between two sizes, get in touch before you order and we'll help you pick.
Are your toys safe for heavy chewers?
No toy is indestructible, and we won't pretend otherwise. Each toy's page says what kind of chewer it's made for, from gentle gnawers to power chewers. Watch your dog with a new toy, and take it away once pieces start coming off.
Is everything made in the USA?
No, and we won't pretend otherwise. Everything comes from a US company and ships from inside the US. Products that are made in the USA say so on their page, name the company that makes them, and are gathered in our Made in USA collection.
How do you decide what to sell?
Slowly, and on purpose. A product has to be sturdy enough for a real dog, sized from a real chart, and priced after checking the big pet stores before it earns a spot. The catalog stays small so every listing can meet that bar. There's more about the shop on our About page.
How do I reach you?
Use our contact page. We aim to reply within two business days, and sooner when we can.
