Herky the Hawk, Iowa's mascot, looks ready for kickoff: black corduroy from head to tail, a gold face with a wide toothy grin under his beak, broad black wings, and oversized gold feet, with the gold Tigerhawk logo stitched on his chest. He belongs in a Hawkeyes house with a dog, and he's a fun gift for an Iowa grad whose pup already sits in on every game.

Herky is a plush toy, so he's at his best being carried, cuddled, and pulled in easy tug, and he's no match for dogs who unstuff everything. Squeakers and stuffing aren't meant to be swallowed: stay nearby while he's in use and set him aside for good once the fabric splits. For a small dog the Small is plenty; everyone else will want the Large.

HuggleHounds doesn't give a weight range for each size. For medium and large dogs, choose the Large; the Small is for small dogs.
