The Toppl is a soft, flexible treat cup with rounded "teeth" inside that hold kibble and treats in place, so your dog has to nudge and lick them loose. Fill it with kibble, wet food, or something soft, freeze it for a longer project, and when your dog has it figured out, fit a Small into a Large (or a Large into an XL) to make the puzzle harder.

West Paw makes it in Bozeman, Montana, from Zogoflex, their recyclable material, which the maker says has no BPA, latex, phthalates, or silicone.
